Substantial rehabilitation of a 6-story 70,460 SF pre-war building, all existing twenty-one (21) residential units were updated with new finish floors, the kitchens appliances were replaced with energy efficient appliances and all plumbing fixtures were replaced with low flow fixtures. The boiler and heating system was replaced and a new energy efficient roof was installed. The commercial space as refinished and the existing restroom was enlarged to comply with ADA guidelines.
