Substantial rehabilitation of three (3) existing 5-story Old Law Tenement buildings for a total of 62,203 SF and eighty-three (83) units. All existing residential units were updated with new security intercom system, new interior finishes, energy efficient appliances and plumbing fixtures. The single boiler serving all three buildings was replaced with a single more energy efficient boiler for each building. The apartment gas meters for the 428 and 436 building were relocated from apartments into the Cellar’s new gas meter room. This project was made to comply with HUD Section 504 and HPD Green Communities requirements.
