Project Team
Moderate Rehabilitation of the Maria Isabel Senior Housing project which is a 6-story 70,460 SF pre-war building. All existing ninety-nine (99) units were updated with new finish floors, the kitchens appliances were replaced with energy efficient appliances and all plumbing fixtures were replaced with low flow fixtures. Each floor has its own color to give life to the building and break up the monotony of a single color for every floor. The commercial kitchen is getting updated and community room is being slightly redesigned. The entrance lobby was redesigned to allow for better tenant security and Senior socialization.
