Moderate Rehabilitation of an existing 6-story 42,760 SF, HUD Senior Low-Income Multifamily building with cellar; sixty-four (64) unit building has an E-Designation and needed OER approval and Signoff. All existing apartments were updated with new finish floors, the kitchens appliances were replaced with energy efficient appliances and all plumbing fixtures were replaced with low flow fixtures. The Lobby and Community rooms were redesigned and upgraded. A new concrete rear yard stair was also added to enable the residents to access the yard from the Cellar.
