Project Team
Substantial Rehabilitation of an two (2) existing 5-story New Law Tenement building with a total of ninety-two (92) units a combined total of 78,300 SF. All existing residential units were updated with new security intercom system, new interior finishes, energy efficient appliances and plumbing fixtures. A new more energy efficient boiler and heating system was installed. The building was also made to comply with the current C of O. The commercial spaces were refinished and updated to comply with the current electrical code and a new energy efficient roof was installed. This project fell under HPD Green Communities and HUD Section 504 requirements.
